1. Does subscription works when I request data on behalf of minor(s)?
Answer: Yes, subscription can be used to request data for minors if you have parental authority or are otherwise entitled to represent them in legal proceedings. You can add up to 3 minors to your account without any costs when using any of the subscription package. However, requesting data on behalf of minor(s) does add to the daily limit, so please keep that in mind.
2. Can I still request data if I have reached the daily limit? Answer: Yes, however, you will have to use HT credits or action packages for the data requests once the daily limit has been reached on subscription.
3. How can I cancel my subscription? Answer: Go to subscription page on your wallet, you will see a banner with your current subscription. Click 'Edit' and then click 'Manage'. You will be directed to App Store or Play Store where you can edit or cancel your subscription. Please pay attention to the renewal date when you want to edit or cancel your subscription. |
